This privacy policy (this "Policy") describes how Post and Gold, Inc. and its related companies ("we", "us", "our", "Company", or "MEMO") collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of this website, www.experiencememo.com, or any other website offered by the Company (the "Site") and the mobile application (the "App") made available by the Company.
This Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to the Site, the App, and any software provided on or in connection with Post and Gold, Inc. services (with the Site and the App, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
This Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("you", or "Users").
This Policy includes and hereby incorporates by reference the Terms of Service between you and the Company and governs your access to and use of the Service.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. We collect your name, postal address, email address, phone number, fax number, username, password, credit card information, demographic information (such as your gender and occupation) (the "Personal Information") as well as any other information you directly submit to us through the Service.
Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources such as third-party social networks that you use to login to your account to access the Service. We may add the information from the social network to the information we get from you through the Service.
Communications. We collect information you provide in communications between you and the Company. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices) or you may email us with product related inquiries. Note: you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.
Cookies. We may log information using "cookies" and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use the Service and to provide features to you. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience with the Service. This type of information is collected to make the Service more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs.
Log Files. Like most websites, we automatically receive and record certain information about our Users' interaction with the Service. For example, when visiting the Service, we log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to the Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of the Service. Our servers automatically gather technical information about the Service traffic and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We aggregate this information with other pieces of information to analyze trends, to administer and improve the Services, to track users' movements around the Service and to make inventory purchasing decisions that will best serve our customer base. Pages of the Service may also use devices that permit us to count users who have visited those pages and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
If we directly combine any information gathered through passive means with Personal Information, we treat the combined information as Personal Information under this Policy. Otherwise, we use information collected by passive means in anonymized and aggregated forms.
We do not track or respond to browser "do not track" requests.
Analytics information. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or the Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
Device identifiers. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access the Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by the Company.
A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third-party partner about how you browse and use the Service and may help us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
Metadata. Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with content you may post to the site ("User Content"). For example, metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.
We may add or may have metadata added to User Content including a hashtag, geotag (e.g., to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If your image has a geotag your photo, your latitude and longitude will be stored with the photo and searchable (e.g., through a location or map feature).
